Returns & Refunds

Because we create custom items, we only replace or exchange items on a case-by-case basis. Claims will be assessed and processed at the discretion of the Company. If you need approval for a replacement or exchange send us a message here for approval.

If your item was damaged or defective upon arrival or contains a numerical error on our part, we will replace your item. However, if a numerical error was made by you, the item cannot be replaced or refunded. Please double check the curb number you input at checkout.

Gift cards are Non-returnable.

If you are not satisfied with your curb number, please notify us through our Contact Us form and explain the reason.

Late / Missing Funds

If you qualify for a refund but have not received your refund in 7 -10 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
